Eric Quinn

After 30+ years working for multiple companies from startups to Fortune 50 companies, I launched Navigator Consulting to help visionary entrepreneurs build a business that runs itself using the Entrepreneurial Operating System® (EOS®).

An entrepreneur is an individual who creates a new business, bearing most of the risks and enjoying most of the rewards. Entrepreneurs play a vital role in our economy, using the skills and initiative necessary to anticipate needs and bring good new ideas to market; however, managing the issues and people involved in growing a small business can be overwhelming, and can hold a company back from achieving its greatest potential. I started Navigator Consulting to help visionary leaders of entrepreneurial companies build a company that runs itself, and for these visionaries to have their ideal life.

I have led two entrepreneurial companies over the past 15 years. The first was an international manufacturer and distributor, that I grew to $50M in revenue. After leaving this company, I found EOS®, the Entrepreneurial Operating System®, when I read Traction®, by Gino Wickman and Rocket Fuel®, by Gino Wickman and Mark C Winters. I discovered that the role best suited for me is as an “Integrator,” and I found my place in the entrepreneurial world.

After discovering EOS®, I was recruited to become the Integrator for a construction consulting firm. As CEO, I led the firm’s transformation into a smoothly operating company running on EOS®. My purpose now is to help many other entrepreneurial visionaries integrate the tools and techniques necessary to build a company that runs itself.

My background includes:

BS in Mathematics with a concentration in Operations Analysis from the US Naval Academy
MBA with a concentration in Marketing from the University of Florida
Career in consumer products, IT, and supply chain with Procter & Gamble, Acosta Sales & Marketing, Enable Technologies, and ES3, LLC
Former President of GBI Tile & Stone, a $50M international manufacturer and distributor of natural stone, glass, ceramic, and porcelain flooring and wall tile products
Former CEO and Integrator of KMI International, a construction consulting firm

Interim Integrator

I am an Interim Integrator that fully “GWCs” the Integrator role but does so on a fractional basis. The goal is to help you build a company that runs itself.

To do this, I work closely with your Visionary to focus on the following proven process:

Connect: About you, about me, basic tools, process, next steps

Initiate: Team structure, core questions, goals, plans, and measures

Integrate: Lead teams, ensure accountability, lead meetings, achieve goals, improve processes

Transfer: Structure created, teams integrated, leaders established, business running by itself

Integrator Coaching

Oftentimes we find our Integrator in the company. This can be a great option as they are typically the "Right Person" who shares your Core Vales; however, they may not always be ready to fill the seat to be able to own the P&L results and lead the Senior Leadership Team. They may "Get It" and "Want it", but may not fully have the "Capacity to Do It."

I offer tailored coaching services for new Integrators to level them up to fully fill the Integrator seat. This could include mentoring them how an Integrator uses the EOS Toolbox, how we own the P&L, or how an Integrator becomes the "leader of leaders."
